As the Midsummer Fayre approaches, meet our new sponsor!

Every year we rely on a handful of organisations and generous individuals to help us fund the Wellington Midsummer Fayre and our live music series, Sounds in The Square. This year, we’re pleased to announce that our main business sponsor is local firm Chartered Independent Limited who provide independent financial advice. Their contribution means they get pride of place on our poster, alongside our other main supporters, Wellington Town Council.

The firm is led by chartered advisers Gavin and Barrie Roberts, and has been in business for over 30 years, having recently moved from Telford into their current premises in the old NatWest Bank on Church Street in Wellington. “This is a fantastic event that really brings Wellington to life and we’re very pleased to support it,” said Gavin. “When we moved into the former NatWest Bank we were able to help preserve an important piece of Wellington history. Supporting the Midsummer Fayre gives us the chance to do more of the same.”

So – a huge thank you to Gavin, Barrie and their team for backing us this year – we couldn’t do it without them.
